Invite your coach

Invitations work both ways. Already tracking your child's skills? Invite your coach with the email address they gave you.

Who does it

You, the parent who added the child.

The steps

  1. Open your child's "Coaches" page (from "Manage" on your "Sessions" page).
  2. Under "Invite a coach", type the email address your coach gave you, then press "Send invitation". There is no coach search: you invite a coach you already know.
  3. Your coach gets an email with your name, your child's first name and last initial, and the sport. Nothing else.
  4. For a child under 13, check the box first: "I am this child's parent or legal guardian, and I agree to share this record with" the coach's email address. Then open the email we send you and confirm within 24 hours, signed in as yourself.
  5. Nothing is shared until your coach accepts (and, for a child under 13, you have confirmed). The invitation lasts 14 days. Changed your mind? Press "Cancel" next to it.

How you will know it is done

Your coach shows under "Active Coaches". You can remove the coach at any time.
