A $250 base plus $10 for each coach your organization marks active, billed year-round on a twelve-month term. No tiers, no ceilings, no setup fee. Compliance and monitoring are included in the base; only volume is metered.

Your organization and coaches pay for state screening and fingerprinting directly with those providers; Veriden does not collect, mark up, or process any of it.
A 5-coach gym pays $300 a month, a 17-coach organization pays $420, a 40-coach club pays $650. A seasonal organization bills for its real active roster each period, never its peak.

Who counts as active
An active coach is one your organization has marked active. You control that status; we report what you set and do not decide it for you. A coach stays active, and billed, until you mark them inactive. The platform shows the compliance consequence of a change before you confirm it.

Your organization and coaches pay for state screening and fingerprinting directly with those providers; Veriden does not collect, mark up, or process any of it. Schools and districts are quoted as enterprise.
